Wear white to the premiere. Everyone will be in white, in honor of those who have passed.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
The Save Your Life Premiere Ticket Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored and administered by Save Your Life LLC, a Florida limited liability company (the “Sponsor”), producer of the documentary motion picture Save Your Life (the “Film”). The Sponsor’s email contact is stated in Section 22.
The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube or any other social-media platform, or with any ticketing company, theater, venue, event producer, distributor or other third party, unless these Official Rules expressly state otherwise. The TCL Chinese Theatre is named only to identify where the Premiere will take place. No such party has any responsibility or liability whatsoever in connection with the Promotion. Entry does not involve any social-media platform, and no tagging, posting or sharing is required. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion must be directed to the Sponsor at the email address set forth in Section 22 and not to any such party.
2. Agreement to Official Rules
By entering the Promotion, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion, subject to applicable law. Receipt of the prize is contingent upon satisfying all requirements set forth in these Official Rules. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Official Rules and any other Promotion material, including any advertisement, entry page copy, email, social-media post or abbreviated statement of rules, these Official Rules control.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to natural persons who, at the time of entry, are legal residents of and physically located within one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and are at least eighteen (18) years of age. The Promotion is void in Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and all other United States territories and possessions, void outside the United States, and void wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, officers, directors, members, managers, contractors and agents of the Sponsor and of its parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities, and of the Film’s financiers, production partners, distributors, sales agents, advertising, promotion, fulfillment and public relations agencies, prize suppliers, the premiere venue and the premiere event producer, and any other individual or entity involved in the development, production, administration, fulfillment or judging of the Promotion (collectively with the Sponsor, the “Promotion Entities”), and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, legal guardian, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members (whether or not related) of each of the foregoing, are not eligible to enter or to win.
4. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on October 10, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on December 1, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. PT (the “Promotion Period”). The Sponsor’s computer system and database are the official time-keeping devices for the Promotion, and the Sponsor’s records of entries received are final and binding, subject to applicable law. Entries submitted or received before or after the Promotion Period are void and will not be eligible.
5. How to Enter
There is one (1) method of entry, and it is free. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or to win, and a purchase or payment of any kind will not improve an entrant’s chances of winning. Entry is not conditioned on buying a ticket or bundle, on referring anyone, on becoming an affiliate or on subscribing to or buying anything.
A. Online Entry. During the Promotion Period, go to https://saveyourlifemovie.com/#signup and complete and submit the Promotion’s entry form with your first name, your last name, a valid email address and your state of residence, and confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and affirmatively accept these Official Rules, the Terms of Use and Part Two of the Medical Disclaimer through a required, initially unchecked checkbox linked to those documents. The Privacy Policy will be available beside the form as a notice of data practices; marketing consent is separate and optional as described below. By submitting the form, you also agree that, if you are selected as a potential winner, your first name, last initial and state of residence may be announced as described in Section 9. An entry is complete when the entry form has been submitted. After the form is submitted, the Sponsor emails a confirmation link to the address entered, and an entry is eligible for the drawing only if that link is clicked before the end of the Promotion Period. Internet access and a valid email address are required. Any internet, data or other charges imposed by the entrant’s service providers are the entrant’s sole responsibility. An individual who cannot use the online form because of a disability may contact the Sponsor at saveyourlife444@gmail.com for assistance with entering.
B. Optional Email Updates. The entry form contains a separate, unchecked box that an entrant may check if the entrant also wishes to receive Save Your Life email updates. Checking the box is optional, does not affect an entrant’s eligibility or chances of winning, and is not a condition of entering or winning. An entrant who has opted in may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting the Sponsor at saveyourlife444@gmail.com. Unsubscribing does not invalidate any entry already received, and remaining subscribed is not a condition of winning.
C. Entry Limit. Limit one (1) entry per person and one (1) entry per email address during the Promotion Period. Any attempt by any person to enter more than once, including through the use of multiple or false email addresses, identities or accounts, will void all of that person’s entries and may result in that person’s disqualification from the Promotion.
D. General Entry Conditions. Each entrant must be the authorized account holder of the email address submitted. “Authorized account holder” means the natural person who is assigned the email address by the internet service provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder, who may be required to furnish proof of that status in a form reasonably acceptable to the Sponsor. Entries generated by script, macro, bot or other automated or robotic means, entries submitted through any third-party entry service or sweepstakes-entry website, and entries that are incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, garbled, forged, altered or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules are void. The Sponsor may disqualify any entry or entrant that it reasonably believes does not comply with these Official Rules. Entry records will be retained by the Sponsor for administration and compliance, subject to Section 13. The confirmation email in Section 5(A) is the entry acknowledgment; records will not be returned.
6. Pre-Existing Email Subscribers
Individuals who were subscribed to the Save Your Life email list before the start of the Promotion Period are not automatically entered in the Promotion. They will receive an email describing the Promotion and linking to the entry form, and they may enter in the same way as everyone else, by completing the entry form described in Section 5(A). A separate, affirmative act of entry is required. The entry limit and the odds of winning are the same for every entrant, and no entrant receives any advantage.
7. Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded in the Promotion. The prize consists of two (2) general-admission tickets to the world premiere of the Film, currently scheduled to take place on January 11, 2027 at the TCL Chinese Theatre, 6925 Hollywood Boulevard, Hollywood, California 90028 (the “Premiere”). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $88.00. The actual value of the prize at the time it is awarded may be more or less than the stated ARV, and no difference will be paid or awarded.
The prize consists solely of the two (2) admission tickets. It does not include any VIP, reserved or special-access benefit, meet-and-greet, reception or after-party. All costs and expenses not expressly stated as included in the prize are excluded and are the sole responsibility of the winner and the winner’s guest, including without limitation transportation to and from the Premiere, air and ground travel, parking, lodging, meals, beverages, gratuities, service charges, taxes and all other incidental expenses, as well as attendance at any after-party, reception or related event, none of which is included in the prize.
Admission to the Premiere is subject to the rules, policies, capacity limits, seating assignments, security screening and credentialing procedures of the venue and of the event producer, and to any applicable law or governmental order. Tickets may be revoked, and admission refused, for failure to comply with those requirements.
To the extent permitted by law, the prize is awarded “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, by the Sponsor, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Except for the winner’s right to designate one (1) guest as provided in Section 11, the prize is non-transferable and may not be assigned, sold, auctioned, bartered or offered for resale. No cash redemption, prize substitution or transfer of the prize by the winner is permitted. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, the Sponsor will substitute a prize of equal or greater value, as nearly as practicable. The Sponsor will not otherwise change the prize, refuse to award it to a verified winner, or change the odds of winning.
If the Premiere is postponed, rescheduled, relocated, materially changed or cancelled for any reason, the Sponsor’s sole and exclusive obligation will be, in its discretion, to: (i) provide the winner with two (2) admission tickets to the rescheduled or relocated event; (ii) substitute a reasonably comparable prize of equal or greater value than the stated ARV of $88.00; or (iii) if neither (i) nor (ii) is reasonably available, pay the winner, in cash or by gift card, an amount not less than $88.00 (the stated ARV) or, if greater, the ordinary retail price of the two (2) tickets. The Sponsor will have no further obligation or liability to the winner or the winner’s guest.
If no eligible entry is received during the Promotion Period, or if the prize is forfeited and no alternate potential winner is confirmed in accordance with Section 10, the prize may remain unawarded.
8. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
9. Winner Selection
On December 13, 2026, the Sponsor or its designated representative will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place on December 13, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (1:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time). The Sponsor will keep a record of the entries and of the drawing. On December 13, 2026, the Sponsor will announce on the Instagram page of Melanie Marden (@officialmelaniemarden) that a potential winner has been selected, identifying the potential winner only by first name, last initial and state of residence. The announcement is supplemental. The person announced is a potential winner only, is not the confirmed winner until verified under Section 10, and the announcement will say so. Direct email notification under Section 10 controls over any social-media announcement. If a potential winner is disqualified and an alternate is selected, the Sponsor will update the announcement. The Sponsor’s decisions with respect to the drawing, the verification of entries and all other matters relating to the administration of the Promotion are final and binding, subject to applicable law.
10. Winner Notification, Verification and Claim
The potential winner will be notified by email at the address submitted with the entry. Notification will be sent on the drawing date. The potential winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) calendar days after the date on which the notification is sent, or within any shorter period reasonably required by the logistics of the Premiere and expressly stated in the notification, which period will in no event be fewer than three (3) calendar days.
The Sponsor may require the potential winner to complete, sign and return, within seven (7) calendar days after issuance, an Affidavit of Eligibility (or, where an affidavit is prohibited, a Declaration of Eligibility), a Liability Release, a Publicity Release (except where prohibited by law), and any credentialing or venue-required documentation. The Sponsor may require reasonable proof of identity, age and state of residence. The Sponsor will request an IRS Form W-9 or other tax documentation only if the law requires it for the prize awarded, and will not otherwise request a Social Security number or other taxpayer identification number.
If a potential winner: (i) cannot be contacted after reasonable effort; (ii) fails to respond or to return any required document within the time stated; (iii) declines the prize; (iv) is determined to be ineligible; (v) is found to have violated these Official Rules; or (vi) if any notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, then that potential winner may be disqualified and the prize forfeited, and the Sponsor may, if time permits, select an alternate potential winner in a random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries, subject to the same verification and claim requirements.
The Sponsor is not responsible for notifications that are undeliverable, that are filtered as spam or junk, or that are otherwise not received. Each entrant is responsible for maintaining a valid and monitored email address and accurate contact information.
11. Use of Tickets; Guest; Conduct at the Premiere
The winner may be accompanied to the Premiere by one (1) guest. The guest must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and a legal resident of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia. Before the tickets are issued, the guest must sign a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release in the form required by the Sponsor. The Sponsor may require the guest’s name and identifying information in advance for security and credentialing purposes and may decline to permit a substitution of guest after that information has been submitted.
The winner and the winner’s guest attend the Premiere at their own risk, and the winner is responsible for the conduct of the guest. The Sponsor and the Promotion Entities, and the venue and event producer, reserve the right to refuse admission to, or to remove, any person who engages in disruptive, unsafe, unlawful or otherwise objectionable conduct or who fails to comply with venue or event rules, in each case without obligation, refund, substitution or liability of any kind, except as applicable law provides.
12. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, and all other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance, receipt or use of the prize that are not expressly stated as included in the prize. If the Sponsor is required by law to report the prize to a tax authority, it will report the value that the applicable tax rules require, which may differ from the ARV stated in Section 7. The Sponsor will request a taxpayer identification number or IRS form only where applicable law requires it for the prize awarded, and in that case the winner must provide it as a condition of receiving the prize.
13. Privacy; Email Communications
The Sponsor collects the personal information that entrants submit in the entry form (first and last name, email address, state of residence and age confirmation) in order to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, select and notify the potential winner, award and fulfill the prize, keep records of the entries and the drawing, announce the potential winner as described in Section 9, and comply with applicable law. The Sponsor will not use entry information to send marketing emails unless the entrant has checked the optional box described in Section 5(B) or is already a subscriber to the Save Your Life email list. Only a potential winner’s first name, last initial and state of residence will be published; email addresses and other contact details will not be published. The Sponsor will keep entry and drawing records for at least ninety (90) days after the winner is determined, and longer where the law requires.
The Sponsor’s collection and use of personal information is further described in its Privacy Policy, https://saveyourlifemovie.com/privacy. These Official Rules control promotion-specific administration, such as eligibility, entry, selection, verification, and prize fulfillment. They do not override any statutory privacy right, do not expand the collection or use of personal information beyond what the Privacy Policy and applicable law permit without any required notice or consent, and do not authorize unrelated processing. The Privacy Policy and applicable privacy law continue to apply to personal information collected through the Promotion.
Residents of California and of certain other states may have rights with respect to their personal information under applicable state consumer privacy law, which may include the rights to know, access, correct, delete, and limit or opt out of certain uses or disclosures of personal information. Instructions for exercising any such rights are set forth in the Privacy Policy or may be obtained by contacting the Sponsor at the email address in Section 22.
14. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the consent of the winner and the winner’s guest to the use by the Sponsor and its designees of their names, cities and states of residence, voices, photographs, likenesses and statements concerning the Promotion and the Film for advertising, trade and promotional purposes, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, review, approval or compensation. Residents of Tennessee will not be required to grant publicity rights in perpetuity as a condition of receiving the prize. This consent covers only the uses described in this Section. It does not license the use of any medical history or health information, any separate testimonial, or any other private submission, each of which requires separate express permission. The Sponsor is under no obligation to use any such material.
15. General Conditions; Modification, Suspension and Termination
The Sponsor reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or of the Sponsor’s website, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in a manner that is not fair or equitable or that threatens the integrity or proper administration of the Promotion. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage the Sponsor’s website or to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
If, by reason of a printing, production, programming, human or other error, more prizes are claimed than are stated in these Official Rules, the Sponsor reserves the right to award the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules by random drawing from among all valid and verified claims.
If the Promotion cannot be conducted as planned by reason of fraud, technical failure, computer virus, unauthorized intervention, tampering, act of God, labor dispute, governmental order, public health emergency, war, terrorism or any other cause beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control that corrupts or materially affects the security, fairness, integrity or proper administration of the Promotion, the Sponsor may, to the extent permitted by law and only to the extent necessary to protect the Promotion’s integrity, suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion and, in that case, will select the winner in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received before the action or event giving rise to the suspension, modification or termination, and will award the prize as provided in Section 7. The Sponsor will not cancel the Promotion, decline to award the prize, or change the odds of winning for any other reason.
16. Release
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by entering the Promotion each entrant releases, discharges and agrees to hold harmless the Promotion Entities and their respective officers, directors, members, managers, employees, contractors, agents, successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, injuries (including personal injury, death and damage to property), costs and expenses arising out of or relating to: (i) participation in the Promotion; (ii) the acceptance, receipt, possession, use or misuse of the prize; (iii) attendance at, or travel to or from, the Premiere; and (iv) any typographical, printing or other error in these Official Rules or in any Promotion material. This Section does not release the Sponsor’s obligation to award the prize to a verified winner under these Official Rules, any liability for fraud, willful misconduct or gross negligence, or any other liability that may not lawfully be released, limited or waived.
Each entrant acknowledges that the Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram (or its owner) or any other social-media platform on which the potential winner may be announced, and releases each of them from any liability arising from the Promotion or the announcement.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the Promotion Entities be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of or relating to the Promotion or any prize, whether based in contract, tort, warranty or any other theory of liability, and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages. Subject to the next sentence, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy, and the maximum aggregate liability of the Promotion Entities, is limited to the entrant’s actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering the Promotion, and, except where a statute provides otherwise, attorneys’ fees will not be awarded. This Section does not limit the Sponsor’s obligation to award the prize to a verified winner under these Official Rules, any liability for fraud, willful misconduct or gross negligence, any right or remedy preserved by Section 16, or any other liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited. Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, the foregoing exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
18. Technical Failures and Entry Errors
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, garbled, misdirected, delayed, stolen or undelivered entries, communications or prize notifications, or for any technical, network, telephone, hardware, software, internet, email, server, website or other failure, interruption or unavailability that is outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control, or for any injury or damage to any person’s computer or other device resulting from participation in the Promotion or from downloading any material in connection with the Promotion. Submission of the entry form does not itself prove that an entry was received. Entries are determined from the Sponsor’s records, which the Sponsor will review in good faith if an entrant shows evidence of timely submission.
19. Governing Law; Disputes
Except where prohibited by law, the Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the internal laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Except where prohibited by law, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or relating to the Promotion or to any prize awarded will be brought exclusively in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in Broward County, Florida, or the Southern District of Florida, and each entrant consents to the personal jurisdiction of, and venue in, those courts and waives any objection based upon forum non conveniens. Nothing in this Section deprives an entrant of any protection of the consumer-protection or other mandatory laws of the entrant’s state of residence that may not lawfully be waived.
Except where prohibited by law, each entrant further agrees that any such dispute, claim or cause of action will be brought solely in the entrant’s individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding. Nothing in these Official Rules waives, limits or otherwise affects any right to seek public injunctive relief, or any other right, that may not lawfully be waived or limited.
20. Severability; No Waiver
If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect or in any jurisdiction, that provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to render it valid and enforceable or, if it cannot be so modified, will be severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.
21. Winner’s Name
For the first name, last initial and state of residence of the confirmed winner, send a request by email to saveyourlife444@gmail.com with the subject heading “Save Your Life Premiere Ticket Giveaway — Winner’s Name Request”.
