Affiliate Program Terms

Last update: October 10, 2026

These Program Terms are part of the Save Your Life Affiliate Agreement (the “Agreement”) and apply to every Affiliate. Capitalized terms that are not defined here have the meanings given in the Agreement. If these Program Terms conflict with the Agreement about attribution, calculation, reporting, payment timing, thresholds, holds or account-eligibility mechanics, these Program Terms control. The Commission Tiers, Commission Rates, Eligible Items and Commission Base are stated once, in Schedule 1 to the Agreement, and are not repeated here.

1. Commissions

1.1 What You earn. You are entitled to a Commission on each Qualified Purchase of an Eligible Item, at the Commission Rate for Your Commission Tier, calculated on the Commission Base, in each case as stated in Schedule 1 to the Agreement and subject to the Agreement and these Program Terms.

1.2 No other compensation. A Commission is the only compensation the Program provides. Save Your Life pays nothing for recruiting other participants and does not guarantee any level of sales or income (see Section 4.5 of the Agreement).

2. Qualified Purchases and Attribution

2.1 Qualified Purchase. A “Qualified Purchase” is a completed purchase of an Eligible Item on the Save Your Life Site that (a) is made by a person other than You, Your agents or anyone acting on Your behalf; (b) is attributed to You under Section 2.2; (c) has been paid for, and the payment has been received by Save Your Life; and (d) has not been refunded, cancelled or charged back (and, if it later is, Section 3.3 applies).

2.2 Attribution Rules. Purchases are attributed to Affiliates by FirstPromoter using a Link click and tracking technology. The following rules apply:

(a) Qualifying click. A qualifying click is a click on one of Your Links that FirstPromoter records.

(b) Attribution window. A purchase is attributed to You only if it is completed within sixty (60) days after the qualifying click.

(c) Competing links. If the purchaser clicked more than one Affiliate’s Link, or reached the Save Your Life Site by another recorded route, within the attribution window, the purchase is attributed to the last qualifying click that FirstPromoter recorded.

(d) Coupon and promo codes. The Save Your Life Site does not accept coupon or promo codes at checkout, so no purchase is attributed by coupon or promo code.

(e) Devices and browsers. Attribution generally depends on the purchaser using the same browser and device from the click to the purchase. It can fail if cookies or similar technology are blocked, deleted or limited by the browser or privacy settings, or if the purchaser changes browser or device. FirstPromoter applies no other device or session limit. Save Your Life does not guarantee that every purchase that You influence will be attributed to You, and does not guarantee attribution by IP address or any other matching technique.

(f) Duration. Tracking lasts only for the attribution window. Nothing in these Program Terms provides for tracking that continues indefinitely or until cookies are removed.

(g) End of the Program or an item. If Save Your Life ends the Program or stops offering an Eligible Item, purchases completed before the end date remain Qualified Purchases.

2.3 Platform Records. Platform Records are the initial basis for deciding which purchases are Qualified Purchases and the amount of each Commission. They are not conclusive. If You submit evidence that a Platform Record is wrong, Save Your Life will consider it under Section 5.2, and it will correct any demonstrable system error. Save Your Life is not required to attribute a purchase to You if there is no Platform Record of Your qualifying click and no demonstrable system error.

3. Calculation; Refunds, Cancellations and Chargebacks

3.1 Calculation. Each Commission is calculated under Schedule 1, Part C of the Agreement, using the Commission Tier in effect on the date the purchase was completed.

3.2 Status. Each Commission has a status: Pending (during the Hold Period), Payable (after the Hold Period ends), Paid, or Reversed.

3.3 Refunds, cancellations and chargebacks. If a purchase is refunded, cancelled or charged back before its Commission is paid, that Commission (or the part that corresponds to the refunded amount) is reversed. If it happens after the Commission has been paid, Save Your Life may deduct the Commission paid on the refunded amount from Your future Commissions and, if there are none from which it can be deducted, may ask You to repay it. This applies whenever the refund occurs. Premiere tickets are not Eligible Items under Schedule 1 unless an Individual Designation expressly provides otherwise.

3.4 Offsets. Save Your Life may offset against Your Commissions only (a) reversals under Section 3.3; (b) amounts it paid You in error, such as a duplicate payment, an overpayment or a miscalculation; and (c) Commissions on transactions found to be fraudulent or not in good faith. It will do so only to the extent Applicable Law permits, and will show each offset in Your next report.

4. Payment

4.1 Hold Period. Each Commission is held until ninety (90) days after the end of the calendar month in which the purchase was completed and payment for it was received by Save Your Life (the date of that purchase and payment, the “Transaction Date”; the period of the hold, the “Hold Period”). A Commission that has not been reversed becomes Payable on the day after its Hold Period ends.

4.2 Payment Run. Save Your Life pays Commissions once each calendar month, within the first five (5) business days of the month (the “Payment Run”). Each Payment Run pays the Commissions that became Payable on or before the last day of the previous calendar month.

4.3 Payment threshold. A Payment Run pays You only if Your Payable Balance (all of Your Payable Commissions that have not yet been paid) is at least one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). If it is less, Your Payable Balance carries forward, without expiry and without any deduction, and is paid in the first Payment Run after it reaches US$100. Section 7 applies when Your account is closed or terminated.

4.4 Currency and method. Commissions are paid in U.S. dollars by PayPal to the PayPal address on Your account. PayPal is the only payment method Save Your Life offers.

4.5 Tax documentation. Save Your Life may ask You for the tax documentation that it reasonably determines it needs (for example, an IRS Form W-9 or an applicable IRS Form W-8) and may hold payment until it receives and accepts that documentation. Save Your Life will tell You by email if it needs documentation. Payment resumes in the first Payment Run after it has accepted it.

4.6 Payment details. You must provide an accurate PayPal address and keep it current. If a payment cannot be delivered, or Save Your Life has reason to believe that the address is invalid, it will email You within ten (10) business days and ask You to correct it, and it will pay You in the first Payment Run after You give valid details. A Commission is never forfeited because Your payment details were wrong or out of date. Amounts that remain unpaid because Save Your Life cannot reach You are dealt with as Applicable unclaimed-property law requires and are not retained by Save Your Life. If You gave Save Your Life a PayPal address that was valid but was not Yours, and Save Your Life paid it, recovery is Your responsibility through PayPal, but on request Save Your Life will give You its payment records and reasonable assistance. If Save Your Life makes an error (for example, paying the wrong amount or paying an address other than the one on Your account), it will correct it promptly.

4.7 Investigation holds. If Save Your Life reasonably and in good faith suspects that a particular transaction is fraudulent, was not in good faith, was a purchase by You or on Your behalf, or was generated in breach of the Agreement, it may hold the Commission on that transaction (and only that transaction) while it investigates. Within ten (10) business days after beginning a hold, Save Your Life will tell You which transactions are held and, unless the law prevents it, in general terms why. It will investigate in good faith and complete the investigation within sixty (60) days (which may be extended only if You do not cooperate or a payment processor, platform or public authority is involved), and then release the Commission or reverse it. It will reverse a held Commission only if it determines in good faith that the transaction was fraudulent, was not in good faith, or was generated through a breach of the Agreement.

4.8 No blanket forfeiture. A breach of the Agreement or these Program Terms does not cause forfeiture of Commissions on transactions that are unrelated to the breach. Save Your Life may refuse or reverse a Commission only on a transaction that was generated through or affected by a breach, or as permitted by Sections 3.3, 3.4 and 4.7.

5. Reports and Discrepancies

5.1 Reports. The Affiliate Center shows, for each attributed transaction, the date, the Eligible Item, the status (Pending, Payable, Paid or Reversed) and the Commission amount, and gives You a monthly statement of Commissions and payments. Purchases on the Save Your Life Site appear as soon as FirstPromoter records them, and membership payment records are added once a day. Recording a payment does not make it commission-eligible; Schedule 1 and any Individual Designation determine eligibility.

5.2 Discrepancy process. If You believe that an attribution, a Commission or a payment is wrong, email saveyourlife444@gmail.com within ninety (90) days after the transaction or payment first appears in Your reports, with the order reference, Link or screenshot, or other evidence You have. Save Your Life will acknowledge Your message within five (5) business days and will give You its decision and reasons within thirty (30) days (longer only if it needs more time to investigate, in which case it will tell You). It will pay any additional Commission that it finds is due in the next Payment Run. Whatever the time that has passed, Save Your Life will correct any demonstrable system error of which it becomes aware. Nothing in this Section shortens any period that Applicable Law gives You.

6. Account Eligibility and Standards

6.1 Requirements. To hold an Affiliate account You must:

(a) be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in Your jurisdiction of residence if older, or be an entity that is organized, registered and in good standing in its jurisdiction of formation and in any jurisdiction where it does business, acting through an authorized representative;

(b) be a human or a representative of such an entity (accounts created by bots or other automated means are not permitted);

(c) provide Your legal full name, a valid email address and the other information requested at signup, and keep it accurate and current;

(d) use Your login yourself only (a login shared by more than one person is not permitted) and keep Your account and password secure; Save Your Life is not liable for loss or damage from Your failure to do so, except to the extent Save Your Life caused it;

(e) meet the sanctions requirements in Section 14.1 of the Agreement. Participation is available worldwide except where prohibited by Applicable Law or U.S. sanctions, and remains subject to Save Your Life’s approval of Your application;

(f) not use the Program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or violate any law (including copyright law);

(g) not direct promotions to children or other persons under eighteen (18) years of age;

(h) comply with the terms of use of every third-party platform on which You promote (for example, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, Reddit, Rumble and Telegram);

(i) not use artificial-intelligence tools in the ways restricted by Section 8 of the Agreement; and

(j) comply with the Agreement, including its disclosure, health-claim and conduct requirements.

7. Inactivity, Closure and Final Payments

7.1 Inactivity. If there has been no login to the Affiliate Center and no Link click or Qualified Purchase on Your account for twelve (12) consecutive months, Save Your Life may close Your account after giving You thirty (30) days’ notice by email, during which You may keep it open by logging in or contacting Save Your Life.

7.2 No fee. Save Your Life does not charge any inactivity, maintenance or closure fee and will not deduct one from Your Commissions.

7.3 Final payments. When Your account is closed (for inactivity, at Your request or on termination of the Agreement), Save Your Life will pay all undisputed Commissions earned on Qualified Purchases completed before closure, in the first Payment Run after each becomes Payable, even if they total less than US$100, subject only to Sections 3.3, 3.4, 4.5 and 4.7. The US$100 threshold never causes a Commission to be forfeited.

7.4 Closing Your account. You may close Your account at any time by emailing saveyourlife444@gmail.com. Closing Your account terminates the Agreement as provided in Section 17.2 of the Agreement.

8. Violations

8.1 Consequences. A violation of the Agreement or these Program Terms may lead to a requirement to correct or remove content, suspension of Your account, or termination of the Agreement, as provided in Sections 11 and 17 of the Agreement. The effect on Commissions is limited as stated in Section 4.8.

9. Contact

9.1 Contact. For attribution, Commissions, payments, account and technical support, or concerns about an Affiliate’s promotion, email saveyourlife444@gmail.com.
